Buyers can leave a review once an order is finalized. However, they cannot write a review about a cancelled or returned order.
Once you finalize an order, you’ll be asked if you want to write a review on the seller. This option is also available by going to My Orders in your profile. At the top of the page, you’ll see the following banner: "How was your experience with this seller?"
You’ll be asked to rate the seller (1–5 star rating). Please be sure to explain your rating. This will help the seller improve and other buyers understand your experience better. Please remember to be respectful and polite in your comments.
If your experience was not the best, we also suggest that you discuss this with the seller via chat. They may not have realized that you weren’t satisfied with the order. This gives them a chance to fix the issue, or at least ask questions. After your discussion, you can always update your rating and/or comment (via Menu > My Orders).
