Still waiting for your refund after cancelling or returning an order? Don't worry, we'll make sure you get it.
But first, have you checked the order's status? Submitting a cancellation request or shipping your order back to the seller is not enough to get a refund.
- The cancellation request has to be approved by the seller or by Vinted;
- If your return request was approved and your order was sent back to the seller, you'll need to wait until seller has confirmed receipt of the item return via the Vinted app
You can check the status of your order in "My orders". Once the order is marked as cancelled or returned, we'll process your refund within 24 hours and you should see it in your bank account a few days later.
Good to know
- It can take 5–10 business days for a refund to be deposited into your bank account. Time varies by bank and it may take longer if the refund was processed on a weekend or a public holiday.
- In most cases, we refund shipping, Buyer protection and applicable taxes separately from the cost of the items cancelled/returned. You may therefore see several smaller amounts on your bank account but they will add up to what you're owed.
