You can submit a cancellation request via Menu > My orders > Sold if:
- You changed your mind and want to keep the item
- You no longer have the item
You cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
Once you submit a cancellation request, it will be sent to the buyer who will have 3 days (72 hours) to approve or reject the request. It’s important that you select the right reason and clearly explain why you want to cancel the order so that the seller can understand and respond appropriately.
- If the request is approved or the buyer doesn’t respond within 3 days, the order will automatically be cancelled and the buyer refunded.
- If the request is rejected, it will be forwarded to our support team for review and final decision.
