Since the buyers usually cover shipping costs, sellers can only be refunded in certain circumstances. This can happen in situations such as:
- The delivery mode selected by the buyer does not include a shipping label (e.g., home delivery);
- The shipping label failed to create.
In these cases, the shipping fees paid by the buyer will be automatically reimbursed when the order is finalized. You can check the amount that will be transferred in Menu > My orders.
We will not refund extra shipping costs if you selected the wrong package type.
