I haven't received the email to activate my account

Check your spam or junk folder, it may have been sent there. If it was, please mark it as "not spam" so you always receive our emails. If not, you might miss out on order notifications or promos.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email with the subject line "Activate your Vinted account", please contact our support team via the contact form below. We're happy to help. 

Make sure you provide us with the email address you used to set up your Vinted account so we can verify it. If you registered through Facebook, we'll need the email address linked to your Facebook account.
