You can negotiate by making an offer for an item you’re interested in instead of buying it at the indicated price. This option is only available if the seller has activated the option to receive offers. If they have, you’ll see a Make an offer button next to the Buy now button. The minimum and/or highest offer will also be displayed when you click on the button.
The offer does not include shipping costs or the Buyer Protection fee.
The seller will receive your offer and has 72 hours to respond. If the offer is accepted, the item is marked as "sold” and added to your shopping cart, waiting for your payment. This means that no one else can buy it.
The seller can also make you a counter-offer. In this case, you’ll need to either accept or refuse it to make another counter-offer.
If you don’t want to do anything with the counter-offer, just ignore it. A rejected offer cannot be deleted, but it expires automatically after 72 hours.
Offers are binding! This means that when the offer is accepted, you are required to purchase the item. Make sure you are able to pay for the item before you make an offer.
