You can negotiate by making an offer for an item you’re interested in instead of buying it at the indicated price. This option is only available if the seller has activated the option to receive offers. If they have, you’ll see a Make an offer button next to the Buy now button. The minimum and/or highest offer will also be displayed when you click on the button.
The offer does not include shipping costs, the Buyer Protection fee, or any applicable taxes.
The seller will receive your offer and has 72 hours to respond. If the offer is accepted, the item is marked as "sold” and added to your shopping cart, waiting for your payment. This means that no one else can buy it for the next 24h. Note however that if you have not completed your payment within 24h, the offer will expire and the item(s) put back for sale.
The seller can also make you a counter-offer. In this case, you’ll need to either accept or make another counter-offer. Beware that if you don’t respond within 72 hours, the seller's counter-offer will expire automatically.
When the offer is accepted, the item is reserved for you and the seller expects you to purchase the item. Therefore please make sure you are able to fulfil the payment before you make an offer.
