Tracking your package

Buyers are asked to select a delivery method when purchasing an item (and must pay for the corresponding fees). The default delivery option on Vinted is Canada Post. Additional shipping options will vary, depending on which ones the seller has enabled for their listings.

Some of these shipping options offer tracking. Tracking allows you to follow the status and location of the package. It also means that if your order takes longer than expected to arrive, the carrier can open an investigation to try and locate it (and potentially speed up the delivery).  

If the shipping label was generated on Vinted, go to Menu > My orders and click on the item to open the order page, then click on the Track my item button to see the tracking status. 

If the label failed to generate, you’ll have to track your order directly through the shipping provider’s website using the tracking number provided by the seller.
