Buyer Protection applies automatically to your order. It helps ensure safe payments, gives you the right to a refund if meeting the conditions below, and access customer support. For this, Vinted charges a Buyer Protection Fee which is mandatory and will be applied to your purchase. The Buyer Protection Fee consists of a fixed amount of $1.10 per purchase and a variable amount of 5% of subtotal of the item price per seller (excluding applicable taxes). You can shop with peace of mind. Your money won't be transferred to the seller until you confirm that the item has arrived safely and that it matches the description.
- If the item is truly not as described or arrives damaged, submit a return request within 4 days after the order is marked as ‘delivered’. We’ll make sure that you get refunded for your purchase. For more details, please read our Refund Policy.
- If your item doesn’t arrive within 14 days or is marked as “delivered” even though you haven’t received it, please contact our support team as soon as possible by clicking on the button below. We'll figure out where your item is and ensure that you get refunded if the order is lost.
If you miss the 4 day deadline or click the Confirm order button, your order will be finalized and the payment will be automatically released to the seller.
