Your payment is available within 24 after the order is finalized, but the transfer itself can take up to 5 business days.
If you have not received your payment after 5 business days, please check that:
- your identity has been successfully verified. We cannot pay you if you haven’t done this, so your money will be held until you complete this step. A red exclamation mark will appear in your settings if confirmation is required.
- your bank account number is invalid. Your identity may be verified but if your bank account number has changed, the transfer may have failed. Please check and update your bank account number by going to the Menu > Settings > Bank account. Once this is done, your payment will be resent.
