When the order status is updated to “Delivered”, the buyer must confirm receipt on the order page, indicating whether they want to keep it or not.
The order will be updated to “Delivered” once the buyer picks it up from the service point.
- If the label was generated on Vinted, the buyer will be notified once the package arrives at their service point. You can also contact them to ask when the order is likely to be picked up.
- If the label was purchased separately, just let the buyer know in the chat when the order arrives at the service point. They will have to manually update the order status on Vinted once it’s picked up.
When the order gets delivered but the buyer doesn’t confirm receipt, our system will automatically finalize the sale after 4 days, unless the buyer submits a return request.
