Deleting your account

We’re sorry to hear that you no longer want to be part of the Vinted community. 

To delete your Vinted account:, 

  • First check that you do not have any orders still in progress or any outstanding payments from your sales. If you still have active orders / payments, please make sure that your orders get finalised and/or the payments from your sales have been deposited onto your bank account before you try to delete your account. 
  • Once all your orders / payments are finalised, go to Menu > Settings. At the bottom of the page, click on "Delete my account".
  • You will have the opportunity to provide some feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve so your suggestions will be very appreciated. 
  • Don't forget to click on the Delete account button after your feedback to complete the process. 

If your account has been blocked, you will need to contact our Support team via the Get in touch button below (select Vinted access and security, then I want to delete my account). Our team will review your request and the reason for the block, then will take the appropriate steps.

And of course, keep in mind that deleting your Vinted account means that your information, listings, favorited items and orders will be permanently removed from our system. This cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you ever decide to join us again.

When you delete the app on your smartphone, you do not delete your account; your items are still up for sale. Make sure you formally delete your account.
