To update your name, go to Menu > Settings > Account settings > Personal information.
You can change/enter your real name and select a preferred username (or "Display name"). The display name will be visible to all other users on our platform, but your real name will not.
We are required to ask your full name (as shown on your ID) when:
- We transfer the payment for your recent sale. In order for us to do that, you will have to verify your identity. Rest assured, other users cannot access this information in any way.
- You select your addresses and service points (in Menu > Settings > Shipping info > Shipping addresses, or at checkout). You’ll be required to show ID at your selected service point to retrieve the package. Your real name may also be required by your local postal service to deliver your order to your home address.
