Even though Canada Post is the shipping option turned on by default, there are other shipping service providers that you can choose to activate for your upcoming sales. You can do so in Menu > Settings > Shipping options. Select the corresponding shipper(s) to activate the service delivery option. Only the shippers you activate will be proposed to buyers at checkout. 

You will need to provide a service point for Purolator deliveries, when you generate the shipping label. This is required if an order is returned to you. UPS parcels will be returned to your home address (as listed on the shipping label).
